We are closed to visitors and dropoff/pick up on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year's Eve and Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Please make reservations early and provide us with ample time if needing to cancel. Kitty Condos: $12 per day for one cat and $8 per day for each additional cat housed in the same condo. $10 per day for each additional cat housed in a separate condo. Medical procedures: Medications administered via mouth, eye, ear or insulin injection are $1 per day. Subcutaneous fluid injection is $3 for each administration. Please bring all medication and/or equipment. Extended stay: Bookings of three weeks and over will be given a 10% discount. Half of the total price for your cat's stay will need to be paid in advance. Payment: A full day's fee will be charged for day of arrival regardless of time. There will be no charge for cats picked up during morning hours. Full payment is due at time of pick up. Cash or check only. Cancellation policy: Please give 48 hours notice if needing to cancel your reservation. There will be a $25 fee for reservations cancelled without advance notice. During the "holiday rush" we require 7 days cancellation notice to enable us to utilize the waiting list. For late cancellations, we will charge for the full reservation if your spot is not filled. No charge for giving your kitty lots of attention and love! |
